Edouard and Cindy, who worked as sommeliers in Bora Bora and Vail, Colorado, settled in the gourmet Saint-Charles district of Biarritz to share the wines of their hearts. Wines from Sicily, Tuscany, Bordeaux, Beaujolais, Burgundy and the Rhône Valley, chosen without blinders.
